Presentation
Kaiping Diaolou covers a total area of 1438mu ( = 1km²) and is mostly known for the world cultural heritage sites that include Zili Village , Majianglong Village and the Li Garden which is considered as the best of overseas Chinese Garden in China.

The environment aren't just rich of natural ressources (rivers, ancient trees, well-known wood species, farm fields, lotus ponds) but also abondant of hand made treasures (traditional villages, diaolou, western-style cottages, private gardens, villas, and other ancient buildings). Blending perfectly into the wild, the traditional diaolou shape a unique atmospher between nature and architectural craftmanship.
The place has been inscribed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO in June, 2007
